Follow Back flow Valve service, ensure all back flow devices are properly tagged and inspected.Follow a Yellow Grease Bin power washing schedule.While at Location does a walkthrough of property noting any issues without a ticket - lighting, upholstery etc.Communicates with Location Manager to close tickets once completed.Go to locations and make repairs as required.Prints new tickets and review with the Maintenance Manager.Arrive at Ellis Island to check Tavern Net for new Maintenance tickets and follow up on any existing tickets and make follow up calls.Skilled with a variety of hand and power tools.Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and cooling/ heating systems.1+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
